The perfect length of time to be on vacation is 8 days. Your health and wellness levels rise rapidly while on vacation, but they peak on the 8th day and return to baseline within your first week back no matter how long you’re gone. 11. the first couple of days of each month have always been the hardest. each month has some of the highest highs and bring even lower lows at the start of the next. emotional or professional, none of it is safe and stable in the beginning. but i know that once each month picks up, it only gets better and better. here’s to hoping i get all my shit together and i get my life in order for all the things planned this month. i really really hope i make it on the other side of this month alive.
